We offer mixed martial arts for competition, fitness and self-defence. Although we are focused on training individuals that want to try their hand in MMA competitions we also realize most will not want to compete. That is absolutely fine. If you are in it just for fun and fitness then you have come to the right place because what better way of getting in shape then training like a UFC fighter.

What to expect

Our kickboxing is primarily for those wishing to compete or learn self defence. However for those who do not wish to compete this class will get you in shape and raise your level of fitness through proper techniques and body movement while learning an efficient form of self-defence.

Each class lasts for one hour. The lesson begins with a brief minute warm-up which involves kicking, punching, and stretching. Then followed by 30 minutes for technique and instruction which involves the use of focus mitts and hand held kick shields with a partner mixed in with conditioning drills. The remaining time is set aside for a brief but intense conditioning portion which includes exercises with medicine balls, agility ladders, weights, bands etc.

Sparring (semi-contact fighting) this is available at certain times for those who are interested.
